At Cosmetic Manufactures we are equipped to manufacture, fill, pack, label and shrink wrap your products, ready for the local distribution or export.

All manufactured product is filled and packed on site at our Gold Coast facility.

Packaging Services

In most cases the client supplies the packaging to Cosmetic Manufacturers, however, our team has vast experience in recommending the best options for your brand and formula. Cosmetic Manufacturers has a preferred supplier which we use to ensure the very best quality.

Filling Services

Cosmetic Manufacturers is competitive when quoting the filling and packing of oral liquids.

We fill and seal laminated, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE and ABL tubes from 5ml to 250ml capacity head and insert them into cartons.

Our bottle and jar filling equipment include single head and two- head pneumatic piston fillers with the capacity for any job between 5ml and 5Lt capacity.

Bulk Filling

Cosmetics Manufacturers also bulk fill. Our equipment can fill 25kg drums or pallecons. To keep bulk product safe we apply a range of tamper evident sealing including:

• Induction sealing to bottles and jars
• Pressure sensitive seals
• Fuji or plastic sleeve shrink seals
• Tamper evident caps
• Tamper evident seals

We can also shrink wrap most bottle, jar, and carton sizes for added security and handling needs.
